What Exercises Can I Do at Home?

Most of the exercises that you need to be in shape can be done at home. Using resistance bands might be of help and will help you be more creative and put more resistance on the particular exercise. Push-ups, stomach crunches, squats, wall squats, wall sits, seated curls military presses, etc. Can be done without weights, or using a slightly heavy object, like water bottles, books, etc.
