Is Walking Good?

Walking is a great form of exercising. Walking is good for the hips, for lung expansion and for strengthening the legs.

Caution should be taken when going for a walk that we don’t get so distracted that we step incorrectly, with our feet facing outwards of planting the feet too hard on the ground when we start getting tired. Both those things can cause knee and back damage.
