The key to maintaining a good weight is predicated on 3 things:
1) If you have been on a correct nutritional program your whole life and have kept within 5 to 10 pounds of your optimum weight, you would have no problem maintaining.
2) If you have been overweight but lost weight in the proper fashion by making it a lifestyle change rather than a diet, you should have no problem maintaining.
3) If you have been overweight and have lost and gained back the weight plus more several times, the correct way to lose the weight and maintaining it is by changing no more than 10% of your habits at a time, start a lifestyle change and eat only food.
