While many feel that being a vegetarian is much healthier than not, it’s important to understand that not everyone is able to eliminate meat and fowl from their nutrition, and I don’t mean psychologically.
Everybody’s body and system are different and need different forms of nutrients in their system. Lack of B12 is an issue and a problem for those that don’t eat meat.
A great number of vegetarians don’t eat meat but do eat their share of sweets, junk food and sugar loaded foods. Please consult your doctor if vegetarianism is healthy for you.
