Working out is different for everyone depending on their current physical condition, past training or difficulties, age, mental condition, past and current health, gender, ability to be consistent towards staying fit, etc.
The problem with working out is that people think that to do a proper workout, they must go to a gym, lift a lot of weigh, do a lot of repetitions and exhaust themselves to see results. Working out to stay fit is completely different from the workouts to achieve a better quality of life.
One day working out could be just going hiking, or a long walk. The next day it could be a dancing class or a Zumba class or a yoga class.
However we must keep in mind the value of strength training. Keeping those muscles activated and in good firm shape can’t be accomplished by just a stroll. Resistance is required to make your muscles and bones strong. Fortunately strength training is also different for everyone. Keeping in mind that you don’t want to look like a body builder or compete professionally in a sport, there’s simple exercises that can be preformed at home to achieve your goal, NO MATTER WHAT YOUR AGE IS.
You must keep in mind to have good form, correct breathing, good concentration and focus. 10 to 15 minutes 3 times a week can achieve incredible results when performing an exercise.
