What Type of Exercise Should I Do at My Age?

Whatever age you are you should do exercises to accomplish longevity and a good quality of life. Exercises to strengthen your small stabilizing muscles so when the time comes that you have to lift a heavy weight is important.

Exercising with workout bands is a good practice to follow because they offer steady resistance in both directions, when you make the effort and the release. Walking, low impact exercises and stretching are good practices to follow.
