The next five quotes are great motivators and reminders for achieving weight loss goals.
Weight loss failures don’t compare to the failures that were followed by incredible success

1 – “The Struggle You’re in Today Is Developing the Strength You Need for Tomorrow. Don’t Give Up.” Robert Tew

When we embark on a weight loss program we are determined and excited.  Then the project becomes difficult and straining mentally and physically.  Any time we try to make more than 10% change we obtain 100% failure.  Everyone that has ever lost weight and kept it of failed many, many tries.  Notice I said tries not times, because in that very attempt that you will succeed in, you will have many failed days, many failed tries.  So dust off your failures and keep on moving towards the goal that will change your life forever.

Walt Disney fought against all odds to achieve his dream

You will Struggle, you will hurt, you will cheat, you will cry, but if you don’t give up you will succeed.

2 – “Fall Seven Times, Stand Up Eight.” Japanese Proverb

It is a misconception that those who succeed never failed at the attempt.  Walt Disney was fired from the Kansas City Star because his editor felt he “lacked imagination and had no good ideas.” Stephen king’s most successful book was rejected 30 times. Oprah Winfrey was declared to be “unfit for television” by one of her first job’s producer. 12 major publishers rejected the Harry Potter manuscript.  There are many successful people that experienced a multitude of failures before success.  So if you tried once and failed, keep trying, you are in good company.

3 – “A Year from Now, You Will Wish You Had Started Today.” Karen Lamb

It doesn’t matter what age you are, it doesn’t matter if you have painfully watch others succeed while you did nothing for yourself, it doesn’t matter if you think it’s the worst time to start, or not good with others, or that tomorrow will be better.  What matters is that you start and there is no better time than now.  Start your weight loss program now, accept the upcoming failures and don’t forget to celebrate the outcome when you succeed.

Your determination has to be greater than your fears

Fear is the biggest deterrent of anything in the world
Simplify your Weight Loss plans and avoid frustration and depression

4 – “Your Will Has to Be Stronger Than Your Excuses. Your Will Has to Be Stronger Than Your Fear.” Bryant McGill

Fear is the biggest deterrent of anything in the world.  Every monumental undertaking starts with fear but must be followed with determination, perseverance and the will to succeed.  There’s nothing that you can’t accomplish if you manage to overcome fear and persevere.  Weight loss is one of the hardest but most rewarding accomplishments one can achieve on a personal basis.  Don’t be afraid, don’t be a quitter, don’t allow others to destroy your dreams.

5 – “All My Life, I’ve Had to Fight. It’s Just Another Fight I’m Going to Have To Learn How To Win, That’s All.” Serena Williams

Losing weight is not easy for anyone, you just have to make a decision on which team you are willing to play, the winner’s team or the loser’s team.  If you choose the winner’s team you get to experience winning by losing, if you choose the loser’s team your dreams end there.

Achieving success is a hard, trying, debilitating journey with immense rewards, feeling of self-accomplishment, the admiration of others and a lifetime filled with self-satisfaction.
