You should stop eating when you’re not hungry. Eating is not a sport, an event, nor a party. If you eat correctly at every meal composed of protein, complex carbohydrates, and fat, you won’t have night cravings.
If you’re starving the whole day because you’re too busy to stop and eat, you need a therapist, and nothing will stop you from overeating at night.
When it comes to food prepare so you don’t despair. If you’re used to eating while watching TV at night, I suggest you change that habit by working on your pre-set mental cravings.
Make sure your body gets the right nutrients throughout the day, so you won’t think about food at nighttime.
