Getting fresh air is important

Interaction with others as well as being out and about strengthens our immune system and our ability to fight viruses and illnesses. The more you stay home and constantly clean with alcohol and/or harsh cleaners, the lower your resistance to germs become. The human system has the ability to adapt and build anti-bodies to protect us from viruses and diseases and the more we behave like “the boy in a bubble” the greater are our chances to become ill when we start facing the outside world.

Getting fresh air is important

It is important if you want to stay healthy and lower the chances of getting ill by viruses and build your immune system that you do the following:

  • Make sure that you get plenty of oxygen
  • Make sure you get plenty of sun
  • Make sure that you do some kind of activity outdoors for a short period of time (this can be taking out the garbage, fixing something outside, like a fence or a sprinkler, or build a snowman, etc.).
  • Do daily beep breathing exercises
  • Eat well. Stay away from junk food
  • Have protein, complex carbohydrates and fat with each meal
  • Stay away from sugary drinks
  • Stay away from added sugar
  • Stay away from food chemically induced or manufactured, so read ingredient labels

Sleep is especially important to fight off illnesses 
  • Keep your surroundings clean but not clinically sanitized
  • Get plenty of sleep
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Get your complex carbohydrates from vegetables
  • Eat fruits for dessert only
  • Eat only those fruits that contain the lowest forms of sugar
  • Don’t overeat
  • Stay away from alcohol (the drinking kind)
