Eating products with sugar in them can make you sleepy very quickly and even crash. 85% of our foods whether sweet or spicy contain added sugar, so you need to be mindful of what you eat.
Read ingredient labels on any packaged food and stay away from chemicals and sugar (the manufacturers of food use of over 200 different names for sugar, so be sure to have your cell phone nearby and google any ingredient that you don’t recognize by name).
