In every supermarket aisle in America, you will find product after product with partially hydrogenated oil, and often in products you would never expect. This is done because it is cheaper to the manufacturer, because it is allowed and the health of the public never enters into the equation. The problem is not only that it is not illegal, but the fact that millions of Americans will buy those products.

To keep the food manufacturers honest and caring we Must take action, by not purchasing products we know will cause us illness or death. “Buyers beware”, we as consumers need to set the standards by hurting the manufacturer in Their Pockets. If we don’t buy bad food… they will not produce it, the food markets will not carry it, and they will be forced to manufacture healthier product choices.
Beware, manufacturers of chemically processed food will keep dropping their prices to entice you to buy their food…the end result? Diabetes, heart illnesses, stroke, ADHD, obesity, depression, panic attacks, cancer…etc.…etc.…

When you start reading food labels, it is astonishing how many products you will find that contain partially hydrogenated oils, additives, preservatives, fillers, dyes and who knows what else that is not made for human consumption…Read Ingredient Labels for there are many foods out there that you will love eating and do not contain foreign matter. Most every single box of cookies and crackers contain partially hydrogenated oils. However, again there are cookies and crackers out there that do not contain neither partially hydrogenated oils nor refined sugars and taste great! So again read labels. Paul Newman’s Fig Newton’s and Adams and Laura Scudder’s peanut butters don’t contain partially hydrogenated oils as of now, however many companies change their ingredients at times without any notice… so read ingredient labels.
