Overeating can be caused by many factors. Stress can be a contributing factor to overeating. Restricting food throughout the day and eating at night can activate overeating.
Eating food too fast without allowing the digestive system to send a message to the brain that it’s full can cause overeating.
Eating addicting foods full of sugar, being overtired, lack of sleep, taking certain drugs, being in a bad relationship, hating your job and giving up on yourself are related causes to overeating.
