The truth about fat is better than you would think. People speak about good fat and bad fat and there’s no such thing. There’s only fat period.
Saturated fat is as necessary as unsaturated fat, the only two things that one must pay attention to is staying away from trans-fat, fat riddled with chemicals and additionally they must as with any other food, not over consume fat over the correct ratio for the health of the body and the brain.
