How to eliminate night cravings. The second reason for eating a good large breakfast and a good lunch is because the body becomes satisfied and is busy digesting to be busy being hungry. Some foods take from one hour to 4 hours to digest or more and when the body is busy digesting, your mind doesn’t think of food, so you won’t want to eat as much.  Starving the body during the day, feeding it junk for snacks, just sets up a vicious craving and binging for nighttime. Additionally night eating reduces the chances of a good 12 hour daily cleansing.

Plan, plan and then plan some more. If you want to be successful at ANYTHING, you have to take control and do the planning. So plan your meals as if you were going on a long trip through the desert and don’t want to get caught short handed with food and drinks. However keep that food packing with healthy food only.

Keep a daily log with what you eat, date, time and why

Keep hydrated. Most of us will reach for food without thinking when we are thirsty.  So make sure you drink water first then see if you are really hungry. The heavier you are, the more fat you carry, the hotter your body will run and thus need more water to cool it off.

Water the human lifeline

Get the junk out of your castle.  Make sure that what’s not fit to eat does not warrant to keep.   Clear your kitchen of all the unhealthy, chemically processed, sugar filled, not fit to eat stuff so you don’t find yourself putting some of that in your mouth.  I had a friend that bought bulk 25 pounds of bleached white flour and asked me if it was ok to use it for cooking.  I told him no and directed him to unbleached white flour sold at the local supermarket.  He said, “great when I’m through eating this batch I’ll buy the unbleached kind.”  Please don’t be like my friend if you value your health.
