  • Eating is an act of survival; we must not make it a vice. 
  • Nutrition and weight loss fads will influence your eating behavior.

Measure your weight loss by the way your clothing fits you and not by a number on the scale

It is important for everyone to be able to learn how various factors in your life will influence your nutritional and eating behavior , including: 

  • Your oxygen levels.   
  • Hydration levels. 
  • Peer pressure. 
  • Lack of purpose or goals. 
  • Additives, preservatives, fillers, coloring, and chemicals. 
  • Lack of nutritional knowledge. 
  • Your ability to control your mind. 
  • Feelings of being loved or not. 
  • Your amount of peer and family support 
  • Stress levels. 
  • Pain.
