To try to list all of the problems or negative effects That alcohol has on the body will probably take me several days. From effects on the brain to block outs, to heart damage, long infections, fatigue, depression, etc., etc., etc.
The damage that alcohol has on the body and the mind is immense. Many people that are addicted to alcohol have severe problems attempting to lose weight and those that are somewhat in shape and do not need to lose weight experience rapid aging severe aging lines and wrinkles on their faces and a deteriorating body.
It is not uncommon for people to say to me that a small glass of red wine, with their meal at night is supposed to be healthy for the heart. And while that is true I find in more cases than not, people either claim that they’re only having small glass at night or they don’t pay attention to the amount of alcohol they are drinking, and in essence they seem to be drinking the whole bottle instead of a small glass.
Additional problems involved with alcohol abuse include thinning bones, birth defects, changes in coordination, stomach distress, fatigue, liver damage, infertility, sexual dysfunction, diabetes, increased inflammation, and a whole lot more.
