Diet… the ultimate four-letter word. No one should be on a diet. No one should be restricted from anything they want to eat and if the food manufacturers would be fair and only sell “proper” food without additives, preservatives, chemicals bleaching, and fillers, then we could all play the “fair” game of nutrition.

If I was to serve you embalming fluid as a drink, would you drink it? If I was to serve you a cup of bleach as refreshment, would you drink it? How about candles as a snack? Think twice before you say NO… because you are ingesting these items daily.
How long do you think your system can handle this kind of abuse before it breaks down? Everyday your system weakens from these additives in your food, thus you could be faced with an “Accelerated Aging Process” of irreversible proportions. Check your foods, read ingredient labels, ask restaurants what they put in their foods. Make sure what the point of origin of that food is. You are the only one that can prevent the food industry from killing you slowly. Read, research and don’t buy products that will harm you, your family, and your children.
They are killing you slowly….
There’s an erroneous logic with some people that want to lose weight or “cut down” their food intake. They tend to believe that they can have cake and drink coffee with “Sweet ‘n Low” and they are exercising some kind of diet that will eventually make them lose weight and keep them healthy.
First of all, I can’t begin to count all the errors in that logic, but I will try a few.
- Coffee is a natural diuretic, (While you can drink some, it shouldn’t be overconsumed) which means that it will force water out of your system and make you dehydrated. When you are overweight, you tax the system so harshly that it often overheats, and your system needs all the moisture you can put into it. Secondly, taking in a certain level of caffeine daily can stimulate and cause slow damage to a nervous system, bringing about lack of sleep and depression.
Additives, preservatives, and chemicals in food help speed up the aging process; they add to tiredness, inability to sleep, irritability, diseases, and wear down all organs in the system.
- “Sweet ‘n Low” is not a food, it has no source of nutrition whatsoever, and a human body has no clue how to process this chemical. It is so damaging to the system that it should actually be outlawed. Please Google “damaging effects of “Sweet ‘n Low” to the body.”
- Most cakes purchased in restaurants, food stores or even made at home are made with bleached and processed flour and sugar, additives, preservatives, and who knows what else. Once again, most of these additives, preservatives, chemicals, and “fake foods” will be stored by the body in the “fat cells” and will be a contributing factor of prematurely breaking down your body, outside as well as inside. Additives, preservatives, and chemicals in food help speed up the aging process; they add to tiredness, inability to sleep, irritability, diseases, and wear down all organs in the system.
