The effects of COVID-19: Should I Wear a Mask?

Everyone either wants to wear a mask or totally avoid wearing one during the pandemic times. Truthfully you should wear a mask ONLY when you are in danger of contacting the virus.

Don’t drive your car with a mask on “You are not the lone ranger!!!” wearing a mask in the car will restrict your oxygen intake and you could pass out. Don’t wear your mask jogging or in open spaces where there’s no people near you, your lungs need oxygen not carbon dioxide.

Wear your mask when you’re within ten feet and “spitting” distance of strangers. The virus transmits through fluids touching you or being on a surface and then you touch it. So be careful…Lone ranger…your identity is secret with us whether you wear a mask or not.
