Roasted Mushrooms and Peppers
  • 12 ozs of slices mushrooms
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt free herbs
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
Slice the peppers into fine slices.  Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan at low temperature

Slice the peppers into fine slices.  Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan at low temperature.  Mix all ingredients and place them in a frying pan.  Cook covered for 40 minutes on low heat.
