We all want to eat anything we want. However I’m not sure if eating anything you want falls under the classification of food, since most food is filled with chemicals and fall out of the classification of food.
My definition of food is something that a person ingests to provide proper and key nutrients to the body on a daily basis. Chemicals don’t qualify.
If you eat any food that you want, (free of chemicals and not deep fried) you’ll be able to stay healthy and in shape. Just remember my definition of food.
