Some people eat junk food, smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, don’t get much sleep, and are perplexed why they have wrinkles, bad skin, shortness of breath, are overweight, are sick too often, are more stressed, and are absolutely miserable.
It is very easy to blame all of it to genetics or say that they are too busy to take care of themselves, or blame it all on their family or significant other, or their boss or their job…etc. However those that own up to their behavior being the common denominator make an extraordinary comeback. This is due to the body being very forgiven and starting repairs immediately after one stops abusing it.
Some of the inner and outer damage of mistreating the body for long periods of time are as follows:
- Heart Problems
- Bad Kidneys
- Problematic liver
- Congested lungs
- Short Memory loss
- Weak and frail bones
- Aching muscles
- Colon problems
Take control of your eating habits, don’t be controlled by them. Inside that Fat body is a skinny person begging to get out! You have total control of the final outcome by having a good quality of life or a life riddled with aches, pains and restrictions.
