Vitamins Don’t Create Energy

“Vitamins do not provide calories or create energy. Vitamins can help break down nutrients that yield energy. These nutrients include carbohydrate, protein, and fat.” Hector Sectzer

Many people eat poorly and think that vitamins are going to make up for their poor eating habits. Nothing could be further from the truth. Vitamins will supplement your food and you need good food in your system to allow the vitamins to have maximum effect.

Additionally a good multi-mineral will ensure that the vitamins you take are properly processed in your system.

More than half of all Americans take one or more dietary supplements daily or on occasion. Supplements are available without a prescription and usually come in pill, powder or liquid form. And most people have no clue if those vitamins are actually helping them.
