The truth about fat is better need than you would think. People speak about good day and bad fat and there’s no such thing.
There’s only fat period. Saturated fat is as necessary as unsaturated fat, the only two things that one must pay attention to is staying away from trans-fat, fat riddled with chemicals.
Additionally they must as with any other food, not over consume fat over the correct ratio for the health of the body and the brain.
