The food we eat not only plays a vital role in how we look and feel but is also 80% responsible for fitness and good health.  Many people go to the gym and workout long and heavy and aren’t able to get the results they expect.  Some of those people turn to steroids and other drugs to help them accomplish staying fit, incurring dangerous health issues in the process.

Regular exercise is important but according to many researches, nutrition has the largest impact on our fitness. Some superfoods contain compounds that increase our metabolism for more efficient fat burning.

Eating healthy food helps improve health and can also enable us to reach our desired fitness goals.
