Hot Spinach, Mushroom And Tofu
- ½ cup of onions chopped
- 5 mushrooms
- 12 oz of extra hard Tofu
- 12 oz of spinach
- ¼ cup of white Quinoa
- 1 tablespoon of salt free herbs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Cook the Quinoa as instructed in the package. Heat up the coconut oil in a frying pan at low heat. Mix cooked quinoa with all other ingredients in a frying pan for 40 minutes at medium heat. Serve
